“It was one of those dives like they don’t make anymore. A bar where the regulars had their stools, where the glasses were never empty. The walls yellowed by smoke, the tables worn by the years and the discussions animated. The smell of cold tobacco and whiskey floated in the air.

At the Underground WB, on the nights of the baseball finals, it was effervescence. The guys crowded around the radio, yelling at each point. And then, there were the quiet evenings, when the old guys played poker, deals were negotiated over a drink, dollars were exchanged in bundles from hand to hand.

The Underground Whiskey Bar had a soul. The kind of dive where you felt at home, provided you were part of the family.”

The panels are made in a small family business in the heart of Indiana.

The signs are made of 10/10th aluminum. They have two holes for hanging. The panels can be nailed, screwed or simply glued with double-sided adhesive (not supplied).
