Bonjour Jean Marc,
Comme je viens de vous le dire au téléphone nous allons vous expédier en remplacement le mug que vous avez reçu cassé. Le camion collecteur de La Poste étant passé aujourd'hui, ce mug partira dès demain.

J’ai reçu un produit de qualité, extrêmement bien emballé pour éviter tout risque de casse (deux mugs). Les portes clefs sont super sympa également. Un peu cher pour deux tasse mais c’est le prix de la qualité et de l’exclusivité
